Continuing Education

In support of ORA's mission to provide collaborative administrative support, efficient systems, and technical expertise, ORA professionals are required to engage in at least 15 hours of continuing education each fiscal year, 12 hours of which must fall within the lifecycle of research administration. Engagement in continuing education ensures ORA staff are current with industry trends while positioning ORA staff to successfully support Emory's research enterprise.

ORA's Continuing Education Policy outlines the policy's applicability, requirements, ways to meet the requirement, how to track continuing education hours, and how to document and report hours.
